xiaobaitu,pjiang 等高手two I-485 will have name check twice?

xiaobaitu,pjiang 等高手:
I already filed our family I-485 based on EB3, now we plan to file another set of I-485 based on my hu*****and's case EB2. I just wonder USCIS will name check for both of us another time? It will be long and painful waitnig time. Please give me advice.
