So you should remain employed in school A at least until July 15. After July 15, because both H1 are non-capped, you are free to start immediately in B, or remain in A, or stay home and not working during 7-15 and 10-1, but one employer only(A or B, not both). If position B is H1 capped, you must remain employed with A until late Spetember, and can't quit, nor can you start work for B before 10-1.
