A#老话重提请教radio, pjiang, xbt, and other gurus

考古关于A#旧贴无数，读后有一问题仍然糊涂：“I-485 receipt notice上的A#（088******）与I-140 approval notice上的A#（099******）不同，该怎么办？”xbt说要改成彼此一致。可这样的例子最近很多，看起来也不像是CIS的差错。pjiang似乎说没关系，因为只有I-485 receipt上的A#才是真正的A#。问律师，也不甚了了。请注意，这里I-140 approval notice上的A#（099******）并不是从以前的OPT carried over过来的。哪位能给综合解释一下？谢了先。
