I applied both EB1 and EB2. The school sponsored me EB2 and my friend suggested me to apply for EB1.

EB-1: Applied in Feb 2007; I-140 and I-485 concurrent filing; Receipt date March 1 2007; Also applied EAD and AP at the same time; Did fingerprints soon after filing; already received EAD and AP; Still waiting for the results on I-140 and I-485.

EB-2（NIW）: Applied in 2005 (priority date: May 2006); I-140 already approved; I-485 filed in July 2007 (that strange month all categories became Current); Did not apply for EAD and AP as already applied and approved under EB-1; Received receipt in Sep 2007 with new A numbers and receipt date of July 3, 2007.



现在我EB1 and EB2 都有A number, 两个A number不同, 尽管我在file EB2 的485 的时候填写了我的EB1 assigen 的A number并且写明了我已经有一个A number了, 他们还是给我一个新的 A number, 我到底应该怎么办啊？？两个A number 没有问题吗？
还有一个问题，我现在需不需要，能不能relink EAD 到已经approved 140 上？？如果我的EB1被拒了，我该怎么做呢？
