NSC I-140 is under extended review, 请支招!

Hi:
My EB3 I-140 applied at Nov,2006, no any process,go to infopass, they said my case is under extended review. I guess maybe every I-140 at my date has been approved. Does anyone has same situation or tell me it is true-even I-140 need extended review? please give me ideas. I am really worried and do not know how to do. please help!!thanks.
