J1 waiver was approved but my name was printed incorrectly.

"0." was added to my first name. Can't believe how this happened to me? I already faxed the correction letter and the copy of the original approval notice to the Vermont Center. Does anybody knows how long it usually takes them to send the corrected approval notice back to me?
