xiaobaitu, pjing, radiology and other DaXia -- My infopass today

I am just back from infopass (quite a long drive). The officer there told me the status is "prejudiciary under review" (I am not sure I got it right though). I tried to ask what it means, what is the status of name check. She didn't say anything about name check after I asked several times. But she seems to indicate it just waits for visa number, maybe sometime in fiscal year of 2008.

I have mixed feeling now. Her words sounds promising, though from previous posts, the name check status should be available. Anybody can shed some light? Appreciate very much.

BTW, my 485 was file 07/2006.
