请教xiaobaitu, pjiang, 知名度比较高 色大胆小等老师: VSC???

Could you help to explain this situation?
So many approvals from TSC and NSC, but none from VSC.
Why a small group of cases is still left in VSC, but nothing is happening?
Any information is appreciated.
