请教 Xiaobaitu, Pjiang, radiology 等高手: online case study 显示 receip

I got the receipts of I-485 and I-765 on Aug 30. When used in the USCIS online case study, both receipt numbers were indicated invalid. What can I do? The receipt numbers start by "MSC". Many Thanks!
