我是在opt->h4 pending status,
my hu*****and H1,我们140走的NIW

请问，

我什么时候申请EAD比较合适？
如果，申请了EAD，而140 被DENY, 我会不会立即OUT OF STATUS, 还是仍然是H4, 或者H4的维持又需要经过申请批准才能变成？


而我老公，一旦失去现有工作，我们的绿卡申请是不是也立即失效，还是如果他能够在一定时间内找到工作就可以？
