reason is: online status will alwasy show which date they "enter" your information into system. (ND)

RD & ND will be on your paper notice.
RD=recieved date: which will be very close to your delivery date (in your case 6/29 or sth like that)
ND=notice date: which will be 9/14 in your case.

don't worry, information is correct.
