should I return recuirter's call? Thanks.

My job with current company is first job. Have been here 4 years. Just filed 485 recently. Suddenly got a few calls from recruiters today asking to discuss about some senior IT positions. should return the calls? I am not sure whether I can leave current company now due to GC application. But the salary here isn't too high.

Will I be wasting my time if talking to them? Thanks for your advice. i never dealt with recuirters before. My resume was posted online almost two years ago.
