about name check on green card

hello, has anyone name check experience on green card? How long it takes?
It seems my hu*****and's name is checked. This mornig we went ot infopass to make sure our names is checked or not. Window lady said she has got my information from FBI, but did not get my hu*****and's. That mean that my hu*****nand's name is checking? It must take long long. anyone can share something with me? I feel very bad because I dependent on my hu*****end.
