Please help on 2nd 485 RFE!!!

Hi, everybody,

After years waiting, I got 2nd 485 RFE, it stated:
Please submit proof of your continuous employment authorization in the U.S. from June 30, 2006 to the present. Such evidence may include copies of:

1) Employment Authorization Documents (Forms I-688 or I-766) granted to you by this service

2) Form I-797 approval notices, showing you were granted status in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant classification

3) Copies of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Records showing you were admitted to the U.S. in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant status



My situation:

1). I do not think I have applied any I-688 or I-766

2). I do have approved I-797 (H1), but it started from 2005 and will end in 2008. I believe that I submitted this one in the previous RFE

3). I went back China with AP (back to USA in 2006), so my current I-94 shows that I am in AOS status

4). I do not have new I-797 (My school did not do it and I think that they feel I am OK)

5). I have worked at same position, same department, same school since 2005

Question:

Do you think if there is any potential problem? What should I do for this 2nd 485 RFE?
