485 pending, just married a citizen, how to file GC application

Hi All,

My employment based EB-3 485 is pending for 3 years. I just married a citizen in July and thinking to file a marriage based green card application again. Hate to start it over but so sick of waiting for so long still no news.

Can anyone tell me:

1) Should I still need to file I-130 for myself and my daughter or just file I-485 for both since we are here already?
2) Would there be any trouble since my current 485 is pending now? Can I still work with my EAD?
