we are writing to explain how certain provisions of the social security act may affect you. Our records show that you have been employed in work in which you did not pay social security taxed, such as some federal, state or local government work, some nonprofit organization or foreign employment.


我只是F1期间做过TA,RA，他们也没说让我补充，有点广告的意思。大家给我看看究竟是什么东西。需要做什么吗？
