Does the application to Medicaid affect the GC application, plea

Hello! All:

Since I have contract job, I can't get the Medical Insurance for my family.

Now I want to apply for the Medicaid for my baby (she was born here). Actually, I need to pay about $150 per month for her coverage based on my family income.

Does anybody here know if this application will affect my GC application and the naturalization(citizenship) application?
