I485 INTENT TO DENY 紧急帮助

由于搬家,移民局08/22寄出的intent to deny 昨天才收到．08/24号打电话给USCIS改的地址. 上次体检没做TB只是X-RAY, USCIS要新的I693. 现在的问题是体检不可能两三天就要做完.现在我人在NY州有谁知道可以快点或加急的体检医生. 谢谢!!!
