july 2nd filer got package returned

My hu*****and filed I-485 with me and I got receipt two weeks ago from CSC. My hu*****and's package got returned today and the reason is wrong filing fee. uscis asked for $1010 for july 2nd filer.
I remember someone posted a direct mailing address for wrongfully returned packages. I searched but can't find it. Could anybody posted again? Thanks a lot!
