Salary at company would increase a little bit. I will try to negotiate with the company about the job title. If they won't put "2-years postdoctoral fellow" such words showed on the offer letter, do you think it would be OK for my case even CIS ask for REF again (I guess there would be 90% chance for REF because I must reportto CIS that I move)?
