EAD card 和 EAD approval notice 是一回事吗？我只收到卡，没有approval notice

EAD card 和 I765 approval notice 是一回事吗？我只收到卡，没有收到另外的 approval notice。 办 SSN 是要 EAD 卡， 还是要 I765 approval notice ?
