请教各位: Green Card got! But, since I changed

my address, I didn't got the welcome notice or approval notice? Everything was sent to my old address. USPS just transfered my plastic card to the new address. Should I call USCIS to get the welcome notice? If I don't have it, is there any impact in the future?
