called NSC for background check today

From the very beginning, she seemed nice. I said "how are you doing this morning?", and she was happy and asked me back. But she was not willing to check my background check. The reason is that I just submitted for a few months, now they are processing the application submitted last year, and she was instructed not to go to the system to check for the people who just submitted 485. Then I said some people were already got their 485 approved and they just submitted their application in June too. She said she did not know why.

It seems that TSC is much nicer.
