昨天问大家的问题,我 还是没搞的太清楚, 人笨, 再问....

我140approved, 485 pending, AP 拿到,我的H1年底到期, 正在办延期, 但是想在年底之前回国, 问题是:

1. 如果在拿到H1延期批准通知之前回国, 用AP可以回来吗? 还是必须等到H1延期申请批准以后才能回去?? 有朋友说, 如果在延期申请pending期间回国, 我的延期申请就作废了, 是这样吗??

2. 这样回去, 对于我的485申请, 有没有不利的影响??
