Thanks again. On the form there are two addresses. One is the place i worked. The other is the place in which my form was signed. I think the request should go to the second. I worry about it, because i want to get it soon. After i have it my wife can change her status to F-1 for her phd. by the way, are you from an agricultural univeristy?
