咨询各位达人 － Part-time H1-B for Green Card

我有２份H1-B, 一个Full-time, 一个Part-time。Full-time 的雇主之同意给办EB-3 Perm正在Atlanta Center关着, Part-time的雇主同意支持EB-2。我可以用Part-time H1-B再申请一个EB-2吗？多谢各位达人指教。如果Part-time H1-B不可以申请绿卡，那我可以同时拥有２份Full-time H1-B吗？这样做可以EB-2申请吗？
