1. I have a question about I-485 form. In part1 in I-485, In second line, it says Address-C/O. what does Address-C/O mean here?
2. I downloaded the forms from INS website before April, 1st, 2004. I know that the GC application fee just increased from April, 1st, 2004. Can I still use the forms I downloaded before? How can I check the fees I will be supposed to pay for all the forms? Thanks.
