July 2th filler, my I-485 returned

I filled my I-485 to NSC at July 2, and nothing news since then. Just got the returned package from TSC.Attached three pages from TSC, one require my I-140 receipt, which I forgot to put in when I fille I-485, another one said the return because my application fee is wrong, USCIS fees changed on July 30, 2007. The check of $ 395 is incorrect and ask me to pay $ 930+$80. The date of processing is 08/29/2007.I really don't know how can I do. can I refile my I-485 by new check and attach I-140 receipt? is has any risk be returned or rejected again by the reason of PD is not availabe? 各位大虾的帮助is highly appreciated.
