延期被据的问题

妈妈延期被据了，如果她在多停留3个月的时间。

1。多长时间Clear？可以再次活得来美签证？是不是等上2年，就什么记录都没有了。

2。有没有其他的借口，获得来美签证？比如，过期是为了参加我的毕业典礼，或因为身体不好，需要休息一段时间，或定不到飞机票什么的？这样说，拿到签证的概率有多大？
