I-485, 6/5交, 6/20收到
TN expire on 4/28/2008

my wife is TD.She is 主申请人.
i'm TN

My 485 (following-joint)was filed on 8/11/2007. I didn't receive a receipt.


- Your detailed information is enough to eliminate you from being approved both I-140/485.

You're good through 4/28/08, if you have not used EAD.
You can't extend TN, or change to TD, after 4/28/08.
You may apply H-1, or H-4 if your spouse is H-1.

BTW, did you make a typo that your wife is in TD who is primary applicant?
