急问 -劳工纸批准后超过180天申请I-140， 会被拒吗?

公 司 已 经 给 我 申 请 了 140 和 485。 今 天 听 说 LC(PERM的)批 准 后 180天 内 必 须 申 请 140。 我 发 现 我 的 是 LC批 了 7个 月 后 公 司 才 给 递 交 的 140， 会 被 拒 吗 ?
