考古以前贴子，发现有两种办法：
１）用EAD，失去H－１B身份；
２）由提供part time job的雇主申请第二份H－１B，同时保留第一份full time的H－１B。

问题是：
关于part time job的工作性质有何要求（must be in the same or similar category？）？

上面第二种办法（两个H－１B）对pending的４８５（based on full time job）有无不良影响？请指教。
