XBT, Pjiang 老师请教: H4 I-94 卡问题

我是H1,2009年9月才到期, 太太刚从国内来,结果入关时移民官员在I-94卡上写上了VISA 过期的日子,即H4签证三个月必须入境的截至日期(她7月20日签证,10月19 VISA过期,I-94卡上写的是10月19号),现在她去办驾照才被SSN 办公室发现有问题. 麻烦的是我们刚刚递上485申请,会不会出现退件问题? 该如何解决这个问题? 万谢.
