60天快到了,485怎么还没有动静?

485pending 快三年了,给USCIS打了好几次电话,每次都说在背景调查.最近一次说:Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the dates of this letter.眼看60天就要到了,可是还没有一点动静,这正常吗?
