Don't worry. Everything is fine. There are two dates:
1) Received Date
2) Notice Date

08/27 should be the Notice date.

My 485 application was sent to NE on 07/02 too. The receipt was sent to me from CA as well. Right after they sent the receipt, they sent me a notice saying it was transferred to NE.

According to the company lawyer, CA has been helping to process accepting 485 applications due to the lager amount of filings in july and Aug. But Ca will transfer the cast to NE and TX after they input the cast into USCIS system.
