birth certificate =?=出生公证 etc etc

仔细阅读了移坛关于birth certificate的新旧讨论，发现有不同的声音。希望各位高人和过来人能够澄清一下：

1。 I-485 所要求的“a copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage, which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country of your birth" 是不是就是大家常说的出生公证呢？ [ 移坛至少有两位过来人首先提供了出生公证，但USCIS 仍要求 birth certificate 补件。]

2。 无照片的出生公证到底能否符合移民局的要求？

3。 到底能不能485 申请人在美国准备好中英文样式的birth certificate, 然后寄给国内的家人拿去公证处公证？
