Vancouver H-1B Visa Stamp -

I am going to Vancouver to get my H-1B visa stamped. Anyody knows whether I am paying the application fees of $100 at the Consulate General or at a bank? My appointment comfirmation letter indicates that required fee will be paid at Consulate General, where I am interviewing. However, I remembered that I paid the fees in a bank before I went for visa interview last time when I got my visa stamped in Toronto.

Any idea about this? Don't want to mess up. Thanks a lot!!!
