First of all, request a copy of I-129 receipt notice from your attorney so you will know for sure when the petition was received.

It may be the notice date showing on online status, rather than the received date.

Even if it's true the petition was received late, the worst case is you may need to apply H-1 visa overseas.

Anyway, you were not out of status, or it has no impact on your GC at all.
