XBT, Yanzi, Radiology, 和好心的过来人：I-485 RFE 急问：Birth certificate

今天收到 I-485 补件通知，需要在10月4日前提供我和老婆的birth certificate. “Submita copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage, which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country of your birth." 我们出国前都没有办理出生公证。现在时间紧急，请问什么是最快的最有效的办法获取birth certificate?
