老师们，我该怎么办？I-140 pending , I-485 NO Receipt, H1 expired soon!

NIW, I-140 RD 02/05/2007 pending at TSC
I-485 07/05/2007 delivered to TSC 还没受到收据
因为140 没批没有申请AP EAD。
现在雇主提前停止合同，这个月底就没工作了。
倒霉到家了！
问题：
1，我可以转F吗？
2，一时找不到工作，怎么保持合法身份？
3，要不要申请加拿大绿卡，回国等？
4，如果有给J签证的OFFER可不可以拿？
还有家人孩子要养，各位帮帮出出主意，
