我现在可以file 485 么？

未婚妻7月二号已经递了485，指纹上个礼拜也打了，我们决定最近结婚，请问我可以拿到结婚证后马上file 485么？还是要等排期，她的priority date is 1/4/06, 如果下个月排期倒退，那很有可能她的绿卡下来之前我都没法file 485, 大家觉的呢？谢了。
