131(AP)申请怎么还要我补交140已申请的证明？

来信如下：

Please submit proof that you have submitted an underlying petition such as an I140, I-360,or I526. If you are the derivative, please provide proof of the underlying petition (I140, I-360,or I526) for the principle applicant.

我是已经拿到485收据后单独申请的131，老公是485的主申请人。以前没听说申请131要交140的证明呀，应该只要485收据就可以呀。有谁知道详细情况？我是不是应该补交上老公的140批准通知复印件就可以了？补交的时候是不是直接寄给来信上的签名的人？

信最下面写有 EMU /# XM 209 是什么意思呀？
