Pjiang 急问 finger print

I amd My wife got ASC appointment ( biometrics finger print), My wife is now in China, Can she enter USA using B1 visa ( effective until 11/20/07)? we do not receive AP yet, but finger print appointment is too earlier for us on 9/12. I am going to reschedule the appointment but I want to know if she can use B 1 visa again or wait until Ap send to. great appreciate!!!!!!
