关于H1延期，急问pjiang或xiaobiatu。谢谢

我的情况比较特殊。我的h1是2002年10月批的，但签证被CHECK1年半，直到2004年2月才入境。2005年我换了学校，今年年初申请延期，批到2010年2月。
但我现在面临困惑，我的延期过了2008年10月还有效吗？我是不是要马上动手申请GC，以便敢在今年10月递上去？
