Any July 2 filer have not got receipt yet? Or just bad luck me.

Called USCIS yesterday. The officer said that he could not find any record under my name in his computer system. Is my case lost? Is there any record if they transfered case from NSC to TSC? My package was sent by priority mail, and it was delivered on 2:00am 7/2. Anyboday on the same boat???
