你说案子进入WD是在A FILE形成之后。那么，此时NC是不是一定通过了？按照那么多批下来的情况看，如果NC通过，从WD到VO手上应该是很快而且应该很快就会发RFE或直接作出决定的(2-3月)。我的理解是如果我的案子不论在WD里或VO手上，一旦NC通过，不论有没有VISA号，都应该很快在审或已审完此案子，是不是这回事呢？为什么你觉得我的案子才在adjudication？是因为转的原因？我的2nd FP是原来的中心发的。才作完就被转了。这有影响吗？另外如果案子已在WD，此时是谁在操作2nd FP呢？是VO？因为我女儿的2nd FP是从NSC发出，作完后啥也没有了，无LUD，无RFE。另外，根据你提供的文章，无LUD，无RFE表明很可能就是没有审到此案？现在我也闹不清是何事耽误我的案子

The FP notice maybe issued automatically, for 15 mo around.

RFE is a sign in adjudication, but not every one gets it.
