I plan to use my AP in Jan., 2008, my current H1 was recently extended for another three years so it will still be good for another two and half years after I return using AP.

Based on your report, I do not need to do anything even after the parolee stamp expires, right? Also, do you REALLY need I-485 receipt notice when using AP? Mine was returned by the stupid local postoffice and my request to have the receipt notice re-sent has been ignored. Many thanks again.
