急问各位大侠；H1b extension approved after AP approval，可用AP回国吗？

我计划九月中回国，申请AP后7月批下来。但因为H1B 8月底过期，申请快速extension审批，前些天H1b extension 批准。但我的律师说，我现在不能用批下的AP回国，因为新的H1B自动取消以前的AP. 怎么会这样？还有别的方法9月回国吗？
