想安排一个预约去INFOPASS我的I485。可去了网站只能选
Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment.

请问从哪儿拿到the Service Request ID Number？难道一定要先打NCSC电话(请问谁有这电话号码？请告知，谢谢！)然后才拿到这the Service Request ID Number。第一次申请，请有经验的朋友帮忙！万分感谢！！：)
