帮忙看看-关于搬家，收卡

"on Aug. 31st, we ordered production of your new card（765）. Please allow
30 days for your card to be mailed to you."

从这个email到真正收到， 一般要多长时间哪？
只是邮寄时间吗？还有其他过程吗？
我还有15天就要离开现住址啦。正要跟移民局改地址哪，就收到了这个。
我现在这地址是该还是不改呢？
